We are pleased to inform you that SCTB NORD due to long term process of technology improvement has launched the production of a new generation module featured by revolutionary cycling reliability. Moreover, 100% of the modules currently produced are made under this new technology.
40/90 test (details of this procedure are also available on this web-site) that was previously used for evaluating cycling reliability is now becoming slow for new generation modules and requires several years for accomplishing testing procedure. That is why we started using another test (Fig. 1) with temperature amplitude of 140 Deg. C. Data shown on Fig. 2 represents the typical results of such cycling test. Now the modules show an incredible ability to withstand 3-4 times more cycles than before.
This outstanding quality is not only useful for applications connected with cycling operations as burn-in test equipment (i.e. CPU outgoing control) and DNA amplificators, but for common applications as well. Cycling reliability values basically determine structural durability of module and its lifetime for static operating conditions.
